Omowunmi Akinnifesi; From Queen to an MSC at Kings

The former beauty queen (MBGN 2005) is studying for an Msc in Environmental, Modeling, Monitoring and Management at the prestigious Kings College London, as Environmental Ambassador of Lagos State.

She is improving her Environmental Research skills and acquiring a broader knowledge of the Environment and Energy field. She is also working in conjunction with the British Red Cross on their ongoing projects which focus on: UK flooding, Uganda, Bangladesh and The East Africa drought crisis.
We have to learn from the best in order to solve our own environmental issues and this is the task the beauty queen is undertaking.
