Abandoned baby found this morning at Ilupeju

The baby, with umbilical cord, blood and all, was found abandoned around 10am this morning at Shilon Junction, Ilupeju. The new born was abandoned near a dustbin close to the express. Unbelievably sad! Continue to see the photo of the baby...
