'Okocha, Ikpeba are area boys' - Dr. Amos Adamu + his FIFA 'bribery' Scandal

How can I be talking about football with those who did not even go to school or bar men, whose duties are to sell beer? Dr. Amos Adamu was Director General of the Nigerian National Sports Commission for ten years before being dismissed in November 2008. He is a member of FIFA’s 24-man executive committee.
On 17 October 2010, It was reported in the UK Sunday Times that he allegedly agreed to receive £500,000 in order to influence the voting procedure with his vote for the 2018 FIFA World Cup bid, although associates close to Amos Adamu say he reported his meeting with the supposed USA Bid team lobbyists to FIFA prior to, and after.
